Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Best place to watch the game in Athens this Saturday?
Both of my daughters play Volleyball so we are making a pilgrimage to Athens to watch us beat down Bama at The Steg. Will take in the cocktail party somewhere there....recommendations?
BTW...the 3 BR suites at the Hilton that are over $650 on game weekends are $170. Kinda have to go at that price.... 😀

A lot of good places to choose from. Are your daughters 21 and older? Any particular food or no food requests?
Under 21
Once upon a time they would show the game on the big screen in the Tate theatre. Not sure if they still do. But if you don't require a bar/restaurant environment, that's hard to beat.
blind pig tavern downtown would be a suggestion for food, game day viewing and friendly to under 21.
Yeah that's what I was hoping they might be doing, just not sure if it's "COVID Friendly" anymore....sigh.
Call them and see.
I miss America. Even in its current version. Gamedays just aren't the same. 😪
Its gonna be hard to find anywhere to watch the game Saturday now..
