So... since we have so many missing players, maybe we should be super aggressive maybe? Maybe start someone other than Bennett? Maybe NOT try and run every play?
Might as well. The roster is so depleted at this point it's hard to see what there is to lose.
... sigh... we'll see.
My goodness! When it rains, it pours.
Well after this game, if we don't win, we can get down to some serious QB evaluations for next season. Cannot, I repeat cannot, go into next season trying to sort a QB out in practices. Look where that got us. Dwan looked the best in practice and Stetson was 4th on the totem pole. Then the lights came on and Dwan looked like a high school kid trying to not get hurt.
Let's trot them all out, give them each a quarter a game each and let the chips fall where they may. If Brock is good enough to come in and win the job with zero experience in college then good on him. We just can't have 4-5 guys competing next year and only one has any significant game experience, Bennet. That is beyond absurd.
Think about this: Dan Mullin started Felipe Franks ahead of Trask. He couldn't tell by practice that Trask was way better than Franks. I'm telling you practice is not where you find you're QB. It's in games. If CKS had given Justin Fields significant playing time, we might be playing for the NC this year.
hurt in weight training? Realize it is part of being a ballplayer but rather have a WR who can catch and run than look like Charles Atlas
