ATHENS — Georgia football is all about finishing the 2020 season with momentum, but the Bulldogs might just be starting on the makings of a championship squad in 2021. UGA senior defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt, perhaps the most underrated defensive tackle in the SEC, is expected to return for another season per a

Wyatt coming back is huge. I hope Jordan Davis does as well. These kids can leave and maybe get a big NFL paycheck.

But they can never get back their Senior year of playing collage ball. If you're not a sure first round pick, I say go back and experience that last year of collage. GOOODAWGS!

Oh goodness, Kirby's SOOOoooo brilliant because he's keeping his line-up "secret." Well, it won't be secret beyond the first play of the game, on either D or O. So wow, what a huge advantage! Do we really think UC has not schemed alternatives? What is far more concerning for me is the "ME FIRST" attitude of UGA players, who'd rather sit at home and play MADDEN than line up with their "brothers" in their last game as a DAWG. Bottom line: they'd have been happy at Alcorn A&M if it helped them get to the "Big Show." Way to give back, guys, to the U that got you to the threshold of this opportunity.

Have you considered the possibility that he doesn't know the full roster yet?

Wyatt and Davis need one more year to blow it up and make 1st round in 2022 and get paid. We're talking millions of dollars here. Hope someone explains that to them. That is 1st round or high 2nd round versus 3-5 rounds.

I still think both Stokes and Campbell would be making a mistake leaving early. Both have a lot to gain from another year.

it would be awesome if D Wyatt would return. He has come such along way in his career, and another season could really boost his earning potential.

First round, I agree and I am not sure anyone leaving UGA now is a first round. Azeez may be a 2nd or 3rd round at best. I hope all the guys Mike mentioned in this piece come back! Help UGA win and improve your stock is a WIN-WIN!

Stay home another year, big Dawgs... get even bigger and badder, pick up a college degree that no one or any injury can take away from you, then make even more jack in the next draft!! Go Dawgs!

    Just a thought:

i believe these young men need to consider this, if I return what’s my chances of playing for a natty ( which lives in imortality) vs. what are my chances of playing in the league if I leave early along with the other 275 players?

get lost in the crowd or live in imortality?

Stokes was just named an All-American and SEC first teamer. It makes complete sense for him to pursue the NFL this year. A few of the players that choose to forego their senior season are indeed making a mistake, a couple will not even be drafted!

Jordan Davis and JT Daniels returning will be the difference on both sides of the ball for our 2021 team. I will literally throw a party if Jordan Davis stays another year. Watch the film on him. He gets to the second level at will.

    Happy Birthday Jesus! Go Dawgs.

How about all the money these players made the U? If the games arent a playoffs Bowl then its an exhibition game.

I’ll state again. Not one of them should be leaving. All - American status isn’t showing up on the film. The film shows our secondary getting burned by Bama and Florida. PI calls galore. I know as fans we want nattys but really these kids have to be honest with themselves. NFL status means you are the best of the best on the field for multiple seasons.

plus that 91st ranking in Pass defense isn’t helping the ol stat line either. If you ask me these kids need an education because the NFL journey is going to be short lived.
