Logan Johnson: Preferred walk-on set to chase his life's dream at UGA
Logan Johnson used to go run out to collect the kickoff tee as a little boy in a UGA jersey. Now, he'll chase his dreams as a preferred walk-on at UGA.

This is awesome! I kept watching Brock's film and this guy always showed up making defenders look silly. I kept thinking ,"I know he's undersized but all he does is catch the ball and score TD's with lots of yardage after the catch." And that UGA should at least give him a shot as a walk-on. Congratulations!
If he can be a Scotty Miller type, lets use him to his fullest!
Congrats!
Trindon Holliday - LSU & Houston Texans (Rookie) is 5'5" and NOBODY wanted to cover him at LSU. Signed by the Texans as a.... yep, kick and punt returner. And of course, Wes Welker's a little "taller" (relative term) but he did alright, I'd say. Best of luck Logan. Hey, when you're open, you're open. Height only matters if they can catch you.
Oops, Trindon, when he WAS a rookie, signed as a kick/punt returner.
Heck yea-lets see what he can do as more return yards would be sweet.
Let's hear it for someone who wants to be a Dawg! I hope your dreams all come true.
Welcome to the Bulldawg Nation!!!!
UGA's Honey Badger????
I love the kids attitude. Go get it Logan.
Love to see local talent get a shot. All the best to you Logan.
Kid's a darter.....good broken field runner. Most of all, his dream is to be a Dawg. Welcome...Logan to DawgNation. You are a Dawg.
Glad to know he has a dream to be a Dawg. I like the fact that he knows he might be working with the scout team. He's willing to be a part of the team, in whatever role.
Logan, this Dawg Fan is wishing you the greatest success in all you do. I love having players who want to be Dawgs! I have watched film of you, and I know that your hustle and desire will be a great asset for the team during practice, the place where great teams are built. When you manage to be on the field in a game, that will just be a tremendous bonus to add what you will bring to the team in attitude and work ethic!
Best of luck Logan! This young man reminds me a lot of a former DAWG some of the "seasoned" UGA Fans will remember.. Buzzy Rosenberg. Both small in stature, but giants at heart. Logan is a bit faster, but both he, and Rosenberg were/are something to watch when they touch(ed) the ball..GoDAWGS!
