The "WHY" is showing that the coaches and players are going deeper than ever. It's great to see that players are getting into this and becoming a part of their "reason" for being where they are and where they want to go. I'm excited about 2021 like never before.
Sinclair seems to be doing a great job and the players are buying in. I think since Kirby arrived our strength and conditioning has improved (not that it was bad before) and it seems to be getting even better.
