Being the son of two educators, Kirby is always teaching, even in his comments to the media, which will be read by his players. His strategic approach to the game and the whole system is impressive.

“He has to decide that I’m going to work really hard and I’m going to live up to my expectations and not everybody else’s.”

I hope Kelee and all the rest of the defensive backs work real hard this spring to get ready for the grind this season. There is a lot more to shutting down a receiver than most people realize. Speed does help, but you have to recognize the tendencies of the receiver and where he will go, break right or break left, or go straight toward the goal. During the Florida game last season the RB's exploited the wheel route all game long. Go Dawgs!
