    You can't coach speed and you can't coach size. You either have them or you don't. We had a couple of guys who had size and speed in the past but couldn't find their way onto the playing field. I hope Robinson can. If he can, then that will mitigate to some degree Picken's loss. He doesn't have to be Pickens just play up to his own ability.
