Or a Vols fan...they are interchangable.
With respect..no they are not I was born Hillbilly but, I refused to be a Vols fan. I moved from the mountains of East Tennessee at 9 years old and I'm proud of where I came from and my family's history.. but not a Vol, never was ,never will be.
With respect...one can be from Tennessee without being a hillbilly, but it is impossible to be a Vol and not be a hillbilly.
