Very refreshing to hear these kind of remarks...keep the momentum going Dawgs!

“It seems they are going a lot faster and have a lot more plays set up,” Davis said. “It’s night and day difference from last season to this season.

“I don’t know what Coach Monken is doing over there, but he’s doing something right.”

A whole new attitude by players and coaches...particularly Coach Smart...very upbeat and positive. Monken is "in it to win it."

I am catching the passion myself.....GO DAWGS!!!

I hope the increased production is due to offensive prowess and not inexperience in the defense -- particularly the secondary.

That said, if an aspect of it is a defensive learning curve, at least our guys are getting plenty of opportunity to learn.

It's still just the opponent on Saturday we have to beat...

    Yes, I'm thinking Clemson.

    Avoid the Rat Poison.

    Go, Dawgs!

What are you trying to do, Mike, get us all jacked up (for the umpteenth time) about an incredibly explosive offense that then reverts to same ole?! I do hope you're right, that this time is different... so I hope (for the umpteenth time) we light up the scoreboard and truly unleash the array of talent on this squad. But, of course, winning is what matters most, so as long as we do that, then we're taking care of business. Go Dawgs!

I try not to read too much into this and get too excited... Let's just see what we have on the field come Fall... THEN i can officially get excited for what our Dawgs are bringing!

I don't recall EVER hearing quite this much hype about our offense through the offseason. Either the hype machine is in overdrive or we have one d arn good offense this year. Honestly, right now, I don't care which is true. I love my Dawgs, reading that the offense is going to be special is music to my soul. Sometimes good news doesn't have to be true to be good. However, I believe we will have a top three offense this season. I am on record for believing the hype...just look at the star power on this team!!!!

    Looking forward to G-Day!
