I like reading about McConkey when he was really an afterthought in the recruiting. His returns were nice and he took a big hit and kept the ball. And getting the batted ball was alert.

This is a kid making the most of what he is given and it is fun to see him doing well.

Didn't Kirby say at the outset that the OL was on a par with and even outstripping the DL? Things have changed. I saw a DL consistently shoving the OL into the backfield and several times into JT. OL held its own overall, but it is not up to par with the quickness and power of the DL....in my opinion.

So, if BAMA's O-Line outperformed their D-Line is that a good thing? It did Saturday. Does that mean Saban is worried about the D-Line? What is the D-Line outperformed their O-Line? Is Saban now worried about the O-line? See where I'm going with this? Isn't it sort of silly?
