Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:

- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)

- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans

- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum

- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

No worries here. I'm confident Kirby's replacements have been / will be home run hires.

He's finally making a decent wage. Good for him. I'm sure many will say this will have no effect on the 2022 class, but people are always claiming to know the future. I'm hoping he won't be able to lure commits away, but I dunno. TA&M isn't Colorado State. They're legit, and kids know it.

It’s all going to be OK. Example: in the past year we lost a great recruiter and he was replaced by Muschamp who trumps them all. Go Dawgs!!!

This sucks for us. I wish Nick nothing but the best, but losing key foundational staff sucks.

UGA's highest ranked '22 recruit is a DT from TX. Jimbo knows exactly what he is doing.

A&M's program has leaped to the forefront of late. There has to be some professional coach baiting going on at A&M. Sorry to lose all three to them. Good coaches seem to desire greener pastures. Coach Smart knows all about this and will hire accordingly. No problem. Part of the game. New playbook.

We need to be out front in terms of salaries. Letting a great coach or recruiter leave due to pay is only acceptable if a quality replacement has already been groomed to fill said position(s).
