Kedon Slovis was the QB on my son's high school football team at Desert Mountain Scottsdale. I was as surprised as anyone when Kedon got the offer from USC. He was ranked as a low 3 star, but he was also coached by Kurt Warner who was the OC. That probably opened some doors. Still, with JT ahead of him, I thought he'd never see the field. Life is certainly unpredictable. Now they both will probably be playing in the NFL. Crazy how one door closes and another one opens. This Summer is going to be torture waiting for September 4th. Kudos to both of these young men!
