What was Kirby thinking? He could have started Beck and there would be no talk of Beck in the transfer portal and the Dawgs could be locked in a 0 to 0 game with UAB!
I do not think Beck will transfer. Bennett and JT are gone after this season. Now where is the UGA QB room? ... Beck and Vandagriff (not Vandergriff as some spell it) the only ones with on-field experience. Why would Beck transfer? He is with an elite program..right now #2 in the nation and essentially #1 in the SEC East. UGA is his best chance to go pro if that is his desire. At worst he remains #2, at best #1 on the UGA roster. Beck will get better as he reps more and more with #1s. Patience is a virtue for a reason.
