Great day for the Dawgs on Saturday! Kirby could have run up the score even more if he had wanted to.

Arkansas was pinned into the closed end of the stadium, right in front of the student section and Redcoat Band, for the whole first quarter. It reminded me of the 2017 Miss State game when the Dawgs blitzed Dan Mullen’s Maroon Bulldogs and won the game before halftime.

I hope next weeks game on The Plains isn’t a repeat of 2017 though. The Auburn crowd impacted that game the same way ours did this past week. I am sure their crowd will be ready after last week’s win at LSU.

However, I feel like this year’s team will be better able to deal with the crowd noise. If Stetson can protect the football and stay away from turnovers, GA should win pulling away in the 3rd quarter.

This isn’t a question as much as a PSA:

Go watch the Dan Mullen presser from Monday… it’s just hilariously awkward. Like Dinner Party episode from The Office kind of awkward 😂😂
