Wow. Jumping up and down for beating a 4-4 football team. For some reason, UGA tends to live in that bubble. Recruit nationally, play like you're still playing for the AAAAAAA championship of the State of Georgia. "Elite" is only a word, Kirby. This is not an "elite" team, until it fixes the other side of the ball. And "good ole' boy Stetson" isn't it. JT Daniels did not take a snap in this game? What is wrong with you?
It's like Kirby is playing for hugs from DAWG moms and pops.
Remember the last time UGA was on the precipice of wining a national championship? Who pulled his starting QB? Saban. Anybody out here who thinks Kirby Smart would have the guts to do that? I'm guessing ZERO.
The Stetson Bennett story is a great topic for a mini-series. Very uplifting. But he is NOT the best QB on this football team.
Get real, Kirby. Or, blow another one. MSU, OK, OSU, OR, ALA... all will beat you right now.
This is the kind of stupidity which makes UGA fans look like fools. I really don't care who our QB is at this point, the fact is our defense is probably the best in the history of college football overall (when we aren't playing the "bend don't break" mentality). Yes, with JT in the game, our odds of winning the championship are about 90%, but those odds really don't go down that much with any other Georgia QB. So, everyone shut up about we can't beat the top 5 teams without JT, because there is no way any team is going to score more than 2 touchdowns on this D this year. Take it to the bank!

Boy, there are some haters on Dawg Nation. A few that are screaming about how lousy of a coach Kirby Smart is. Even named at least five teams that if UGA played them would go down in defeat, Why don't we all just enjoy what happened yesterday. UGA beat the 14 point spread by beating Florida 34-7. Also is assured of playing for the SEC Championship because Miss. State took Kentucky down. Let Kirby be the HC, and if you don't like it, then feel free to become a fan of other teams. The constant drum roll of a few can become toxic. There is a reason Kirby started Stetson yesterday, and what ever some have to say about it, it worked the Dawgs won and that's all that matters.
