The leap forward development of James Cook along with the unexpected bonanza of Brock Bowers and Ladd McConkey have given our offense a potency essential to competing for the NC.

This what can happen if a player comes back for his 5th year. He will end up being a MUCH higher draft pick this year as opposed to what he would've been last year.

Making bank by returning. Lesson to all. If you aren't predicted going in the 1st 2 rounds, come back and improve your position and you'll be earning while in school and having fun at it.

The difference in Cook between the tackles seems to be his quickness through even the slightest crease getting into the secondary. Love Zeus, but he seems to be a full step slower getting to the LOS relegating too many of his touches into two or three yard gains. I know Zeus wears on a D over four quarters, but if Kirby really wants explosive plays in the run game, Cook should be the featured back.

Two backs is a tad slower to develop but more options. Today is a "spread" mostly. RPO also gives Cook the option of a check down pass, etc. Personally, I like it when he just hits the line gap and he's gone. He is quick and quirky...you cannot tackle him easily. I think Zeus is a stronger runner and is better on a sweep. All depends on the defensive read.
