Well Done! Mr. Davis. This took a decision to not only return for another year, but also to put in the work necessary to make you a more complete player. And it also took your teammates to also put in that work to better themselves as well as everyone on the team "buying in" to the TEAM concept. And each teammate who had success in their play recognized the value of the contributions made in practice and games by their teammates. Somehow, those deciding these awards recognized what your teammates already knew....just how valuable your play was to their success, even when your play didn't result in "personal" stats. Mr. Davis, by your efforts, you truly made those around you better. That is why you are so deserving of these awards. Young men like you and your teammates give me great pride in being a graduate of the University of Georgia. While sports are not the be all and end all of a university, they do generate great public awareness of a university. Thank you all, and especially you Mr. Davis, for publicly representing our great university so well. Go Dawgs!

Congratulations. That amazing to see Jordan Davis listed with those two guys that won both awards before is pretty special and well deserved. He is the heartbeat of this team and UGA and Dawg Nation is so fortunate he came back for his senior year. Now go finish it! Go Dawgs!

A top awards sweep for UGA, well deserved, Mr. Davis....also shout out to Coach Kirby Smart and Nakobe Dean, plus the others named to the Walter Camp All-American teams. Very proud of our Georgia boys.

That is elite, ELITE company. He stayed for another year, worked hard, and it paid off. I’m proud.
