    Extra scrimmage and practice is the thing about bowls that other teams are trying to get out of because they do not make enough money for the bowl itself. Especially with early signing nowadays. I hope the NCAA cracks down on teams that decide not to participate in bowls lose that eligibility to practice. If they do practice, then take it away during spring and summer practices. I am tired of teams using Covid as an excuse.
