Matthew is UGA's Pegasus. He is breaking school sprinting records annually. He is burning up the nation's tracks as a world-class speedster. in the 60,100 and 200 meters. And, he is also among the college elite in the 400 as well. I hope UGA can fully develop his talent. He could be a real threat in the Olympics in the future. This kid is fast.
How has Kirby Smart not stolen this guy yet?
He just keeps getting faster & better. I believe a day will come when UGA builds the best modern facilities for all sports & there will be a Matthew Boling Indoor Track & Field Center.
That 10.03 didn't even last the day as Boling's time got beat about 2 hours later.
However, this last weekend, he broke UGA's school record (9.99) when he ran 9.98. That's #2 in the world right now. He was also part of the 4x100 team which also broke the school record and is the 3rd fastest time in the country this season.
I think this is a good thing.
