I might get laughed off the site. But I don’t recall having seen a monument carved in marble saying this Defense CANT be even better than last years. I’m not saying they will. I’m saying that Kirby is Never satisfied ( Exactly what you want from a HC to establish and Keep an elite team) and just keeps setting the bar higher and higher. I bet he never goes out there and says Hey guys y’all can be As Good as last year. No he demands better and better. Not only from the players but the coaches and himself !! So I’m not gonna predict that this Defense will be less than last years, anymore than I will predict better. We will all See as the regular season unveils !! Go Dawgs !!
Not laughing at all… Dawgs 2022 D has amazing potential. However, “the proof is in the pudding”, as they say. We will begin to find out on September 3.
For me, the most important storyline for G Day is how much will it rain.
My daughter and I plan to have a great time and I know Kirby will have the team excited to make a good showing for the fans!
G Day is as much for the fans as it is anybody. Kirby's idea to pump up the fanbase is the way to approach it so that the young kids get used to playing in front of a large crowd and TV audience.
