Regarding Jordan Addison: What an addition this guy would be. Talk about stretching the field.

I could see him being attracted by the bright lights of LA and the high-flying offense of Lincoln Riley. But that also could be a risky move by an established receiver -- nobody really knows whether USC will be able to put together the pieces so quickly.

Seems like an outside chance that he'd choose Georgia. But there's an argument to be made:

    1) He'd enter a stable situation where all the pieces are in place - excellent QB(s), OL, complementary receivers, running game.

    2) There's obviously a need for a wideout in our program as opposed to, say, Ohio State, or Alabama, or even USC.

    3) He'll be developing under one of the best offensive minds in the business.

    4) While he has nothing to proof when it comes to statistics, he'd have the opportunity to demonstrate that he can enhance the play of others to help a program win at the highest level.

    5) He could gain a very high profile as the guy who finally exploded the Georgia offense.

If you go back to look at some way-to-early 2022 draft projections you only see 4 UGA players mentioned as 1st round prospects from Bleacher Report, NBS Sports, SI and USA Today. JT Daniel was mentioned by 2 of these NBC & USA, Cine by SI and Pickens by USA Today. The other UGA player mentioned was Adam Anderson by SI. Now there are 4 UGA players being mentioned as potential 1st round prospects in the 2023 mock drafts, including Carter, Ringo, N. Smith & C. Smith.
