Kirby needs to keep the bar high and the pressure on..each team year is different with different strengths. The "for the team" buy-in is a must. The No-Name defense UDA sported in 2021 will happen again and again. This year seems to be the year of the UGA offense. Kirby will field a contending team once again. He recruits at the elite level, develops players at the League level, and is always for the team buy-in. Excellent formula for success.
