Georgia coach Kirby Smart knows his defense will look different this season. It has to, after seeing five players from the 2021 unit taken in the first round of last month’s NFL draft. That doesn’t even include Nakobe Dean or Derion Kendrick, who started every game for the Bulldogs a season ago.

If Georgia again has the number 1 defense, I predict the Dawgs will dominate college football in 2022.

Love Kirby's attitude. #1 again in defense, he says. Bank on it. Another championship...why not?

When I saw the name Harbaugh associated with the article, I knew it'd be good for a laugh or two. I wasn't wrong..GoDAWGS!

I noticed Brinson wasn't mentioned. He got in a lot of reps during the season and played extremely well in the G-Day game.

UGA has a full house coming back this year. Kirby and company knew what they were going to lose after the 2021 season, last year. They didn't wait till the 2022 Spring practice to prepare those younger guys to take their place in the line-up. They've been preparing them since last Spring and they started working on next year's defensive replacements, this year.

That's how you stay ahead of the game and continue to be Elite. Can't wait to see the 2022 version. I expect a surprising improvement in the secondary and pass coverage. Surprising to Sportswriters and some fans...not to me. LOL

    Sic em Dawgs.

LOL..I know that's right. Seriously...how does that even happen?

You're ready an article about next year's defense...and Jim Harbaugh just pops in in your head. You've just got to get it out, huh? LMAO
