Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Super Conference survival of the fittest: Winners and losers from Big Ten adding USC, UCLA
ATHENS — The rise of Super Conferences is the latest in a series of stages signaling the new era of college football is upon us.

Well, the NIT used to be the only post season college basketball tournament. Everything changes based on revenue acquisition. Sports, business and life, in general.
Other losers include all the B1G athletes who will have to fly 2000+ miles cross country on a routine basis. This will be a logistical nightmare for every sport….not just football. Imagine being a Rutgers athlete flying to USC for an 8pm event. It would feel like 11pm eastern time. On the flip side, the USC athletes flying to Rutgers for noon athletic events will feel like they are competing at 9am. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m not at my best mentally after a 4-5 hour flight and a 3 time zone change. Go Dawgs!!!
Cold read, Mike, but spot on... hard to argue with any of it. I might clarify that not All transactions have a winner and a loser...occasionally there are two winners... or two losers. :) Go Dawgs!
