    Darnell Washington will play plenty.

    1. He is the best blocking TE by far and that helps the running game and pass protection.
    2. He absolutely is entering the NFL draft after this season.
    3. Washington very easily could have followed Jermaine Burton into the portal and chosen the same destination but didn't. CKS knows this and rewards loyalty.

Fortunately, Washington will not need to catch very many passes. He just has to catch "enough" not to diminish his blocking prowess. So 500 receiving yards should be fine for his purposes. OJ Howard had 600 yards receiving in 2015 and 2016. Irv Smith had slightly more: 700. Washington can have slightly less because everyone knows that Bowers will be #1 in the passing game.

Oklahoma? They lost their head coach, both coordinators and more important many of their starters including both QBs hit the transfer portal.

The gap between Georgia and Clemson is bigger than the gap between Clemson and everybody else? Sure, whatever makes you feel happy. Totally ignore that Clemson has won 2 titles to UGA's 1. Or that in one of those losses, Clemson roasted Kirby Smirt's Alabama defense. Or that even last year, Clemson's defense held UGA's "top 10 offense" scoreless.
