Darnell Washington discusses Georgia red zone issues, why he keeps hurdling defenders
ATHENS — Darnell Washington’s recent play has people asking a lot of questions. Why does he always try and hurdle defenders? What was his halftime message to the team when it was trailing against Missouri? What’s it like to send defenders flying?

Darnell is one big, bad dude! Love watching him play. And I also agree we’ve got to get him the ball more. I’d also like to see him take a few handoffs in the red zone. I bet he could plow his way into the end zone. He’s one hell of an athlete, let’s use him more.
GO DARNELL!
GO DAWGS!
The Big 0 is invaluable to UGA offensive ****. Beast of the East.
Get Brock the ball!
Why dose he always (somtimes) try to hurdle defenders? Who’s asking? Who cares? Trying to get more YAC!
Probably all of Dawg Nation is wondering why Washington isn't being used in the red zone. Having an asset like that and don't use him...Could mean Georgia doesn't see they have a red zone issue. They only have particular players they like to use. Washington isn't Bennett first choice he fell comfortably going too. Because it definitely has nothing to do with match ups.
Trust Kirby.
Stop hurdling defenders, lower your shoulders and run their a$$es over. They'll stop going low then.
The DBs are like toddlers to his big ass. He can't get low enough to run them over lol
Bet Washington, The Big Zero, does.
Go, Dawgs!
DWash has had a few lower leg injuries in his time at UGA. Jumping may be a defense mechanism of trying to not get hit with his feet planted. Whatever it takes for him to get through the season without missing important games late in the season.
NOT overusing DWash now may help him stay injury free.
