BA tried to make a point of Rece Davis' lack of concern over UGA's recent play as being a "don't worry. all is well!" moment.

Don't let the national media's lack of concern over the recent play of UGA give you a false sense of security. The national media's definition of a "successful" season for UGA would be making the 4 team playoff.

After what UGA fans have been told, following impressive wins over OR and SC, expectations are higher than that. "UGA is the #1 team in the country". "This D is better than last year's". "This offense is better than last year's". "This coaching staff is better than last year's staff". "SBIV is better than last year". "This OL should be better than last year's".

Would losing in the SECCG (again) to AL or in the playoffs to anyone in round 1 or to AL again in the CFBCG be considered a successful season by UGA fans? Realistically it probably should be considered a success. But it won't feel like a success to fans. It would be pretty disappointing. The AL mountain would look as big as ever.

Saban going all in this year recruiting 5 starters from the TP and recruiting harder than ever at the HS level should be interpreted as Saban being close to the end.

Dawgs Alumni and fans shouldn't pay any attention to the anti-Georgia Nostradumbasses, their overhyping a young, reloading Dawgs team is designed to bolster the rankings of whatever team they pull for, period! As CKS has said from day one, this ISN'T last year's Dawgs, they're talented, but young and learning, which the season has shown. Still, I believe this team is capable of beating any team, and has an excellent chance of winning another National Championship, PERIOD!

    GO DAWGS!!!
