For whatever reason BA pushing his Stay in Jax agenda pretty hard. You are either a UGA fan/booster or you are not. If having a game in Jax vs Athens causes you to be a fan or booster of UGA or not well then you really aren't much of a fan/booster. With what CKS has delivered so far after 40 years of mediocracy you would think everyone would be behind what CKS wants.

It is asinine to give up recruiting for what is usually the biggest game of the season. Recruiting aside a few million dollars to the state school is extremely selfish and reflects very poorly on UGA's attitude to what the game means financially to the state of FL vs what it could mean to GA/Athens. UGA should be embarrassed to have been a willing party to such an unbalanced , FL favoring "deal". While it may have been true that UGA was once administrated by rubes what is the excuse now to extending such an obviously bad deal?

Considering the magnitude of the rivalry, the game will always be as big as any game on the UGA schedule AS LONG AS both teams remain close to the top of CFB. FU has been a sleeping giant as a result of poor coaches unable to recruit in a top, talent rich state. FU's current coach is already recruiting impressively. FU's recruiting arrow is pointing up.

I guess if you are a UGA fan that wants to keep the UGA/FU game in JAX every year you don't care what CKS thinks. You don't care what is best for GA/UGA or giving AL and every other team in the country (including FU - game is in FL) an advantage in recruiting. You are saying you are happy perennially playing 2nd fiddle to Alabama and you are okay with loosing your biggest recruiting opportunity every other year

The benefits of a home and home FAR outweigh any perceived "disadvantage". The time for this game to be neutral site has passed.

BA your worst reason is actually the best reason! I’ve been listening to you since 2016 when you were objective, but my god, over the past 2 years the podcast has gone downhill. I only listen to Fridays and even then I forget sometimes bc the show just isn’t what it use to be!

It will be a real shame when the game is moved away from Jacksonville. It is such a unique game, that feels more like a Bowl game than any regular season game.

But recruiting is the lifeblood of college football and Kirby-Georgia can't afford to give away an at-home recruiting day every other year. It really is that simple. The game in Jacksonville hurts recruiting - until someone finds a way to change that, it has to go to home and away.
