Brock definitely deserves to be considered for this award!!
Brock is absolutely the best receiver on this list, but he's just not putting up the numbers he did last year. He's getting the yards, but his TDs are way behind.

Is Brock Bowers so unimportant to the UGA football team that we can let him languish a less than .3 %(that's less than three tenths of one percent) of the fan voting for the Biletnikoff award?
