I will say this. Saturday was some of the most sure tackling I've seen in a while. We may have missed a couple but not a lot. Almost guaranteed that when we got our hands on a Tennessee player, they were going down. Was amazed seeing all the single player tackles. Especially the roll around and retackle by JDJ. Even though it took him out for a play. I think it made him dizzy, lol.
Lassiter has been outstanding this season. Outside of that one play against Kent on the sidelines where the focus on the big hit allowed the receiver to turn a short play into a long TD, he has been very solid. Great coverage and great tackling. Plenty of talent in that room.
Yes, lots of talent in that room. Julian Humphrey, Nyland Green and Jaheim Singletary are all 4- or 5-star DB recruits and they can barely get on the field for consistent snaps, and that's despite the fact that we're supposedly "thin" at the position. It's a good problem to have. Keep up the good work men. Go Dawgs!

Exactly, kylnmeg10. I'm not sure I've ever seen a Georgia team tackle as well as our guys tackled against Tennessee.
The best thing is they showed themselves what they can do. So there's no reason that they can't keep it up against those Other Bulldogs and UK in preparation for the post season. I don't think LSU, Michigan or Ohio State have seen anything like the tackling we executed on Saturday.
These guys have got to be some of the toughest players on the field! Amazing the amount of conditioning required to be able to match up well with elite WRs! I have a lot of respect for what they do - they and the safeties are the last line of defense for our dawgs and they killed it vs. Tenn! GO DAWGS!!
