- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Just wow. Go Dawgs!
I hope Arik is okay, not sure what he's dealing with, but something is going on with him. Hopefully he can get the help he needs. I am certainly pulling for him. Best of luck, Arik!
GO DAWGS!
Glad to see him gone, you're either elite or you're not!!!
Adios muchacho!
Dawg Nation wishes you well!
Tired of this guy and all the freaking Drama. I hope after he leaves we never hear another word about him. Give his scholarship to someone who wants to be a DGD!!!
Agree! Just hope it works out with the young man. Loads of talent!
Just really don't understand why our program is not best for him as far as the resources that seemed to be in place to assist him with whatever he is going through. If it is a matter of playing time, then I get it and I wish him well!
Go Dawgs!
I wish him the best and hope wherever he lands it helps him out as much as the Georgia program tried to.
From all I’ve read it appears that we gave Arik tons of love and support during the past 2 years. He’s the most talented TE I’ve ever seen, but for whatever the reasons he didn’t click in Athens. The fact that we signed 2 ranked TE’s today and possibly 2 more in the Spring (including the #1 recruit at that position) may have helped Arik make this decision. I regret we will never see him dominate opponents in Athens, but I wish him the best. Go Dawgs!!!
curious ...
GOOD RIDDANCE!
Exactly why this young man has mental health struggles. 🙄🙄
Good luck to Mr Gilbert. Hopefully you go somewhere that helps you get the help you need.
Always want to wish the best, for someone. But it seems that Kirby expended lots of time and money with Gilbert, and he never panned out. Glad uga won't be wasting a scholarship on someone who can't play. Perhaps he will find a better fit, somewhere else. Good luck, Arik. ❤️
Best Wishes to AG! Hopefully he finds a place to shine.
Adios. DN, can this be a goodbye? No more Gilbert articles, please?
