I have mentioned this in the past. The only people who made a big deal about injuries impacting the game was entitled Alabama. And while the Tide is entitled - which makes watching them lose so much fun - even their griping was because of 41-24 with 0 turnovers with Metchie and Williams versus 33-18 with 2 picks (one returned for a TD) without them 2 games later. That type of dramatic turnaround - very fast and directly attributable to a single factor - is unprecedented. And UGA benefitting from pretty much the same thing the next year - getting torched until Marvin Harrison Jr. gets hurt - only makes it even more so.

But that is entitled Tide fans reacting to an unprecedented set of circumstances. Otherwise the aforementioned Ohio State (who was also missing their best WR and best WR before the game and lost their starting TE during it), LSU, Tennessee etc. ... none of them are talking about the players they didn't have for the games that they lost to UGA. The same was true of Michigan against UGA last year. And this year, Michigan isn't talking about not having Blake Corum against TCU where an inability to run the ball - especially in the first half - was the single biggest factor (on the field anyway) why they lost by 6 points. And Corum was their best player: he wins the Heisman easily and is one of their few 1st round picks if he doesn't get hurt.

So personally, I do not want Kendre Miller to play if he isn't ready because I don't want a minor knee injury to turn into a career-ending one. Also, if Miller doesn't play, you aren't going to hear TCU fans say "if we had Miller we would have won" if the Fighting Protestants lose a close game. Reason? Not being entitled like Tide fans, and not having blown out UGA by 3 scores with their missing talent a mere 2 games prior like Alabama did.
