Kirby Smart makes it a point to share birthday well-wishes to his players. Tuesday saw Smart do that once again, though this time there was a special meaning behind it.

Rest In Peace Devin.
Rest in peace. I got emotional earlier this month when coming back from Florida. Down in south georgia, somewhere on I-75 north there is a billboard with him on it. Worst part is, it's from a car injury lawyer. Surprised it hadn't been taken down yet.
May the Lord give his family and All the families and friends of those who perished so young, His very special peace that surpasses all human understanding. Does anyone know how the young lady that was listed as critically injured at that time, how she’s doing now ? I hope and pray she’s doing much better in all ways, physically, mentally, spiritually. 🙏

No clue. Did not mean any ill content with that. Just thought it was odd that it hadn't been taken care of, mainly by the lawyer who had the promotion. That's wrong of them. If I knew I had something like that posted and something devastating like that had happened, 1st thing I'm doing is taking it down out of respect for him and his family.
