    Lol...I wonder if CKS is applying a new (to CF) philosophy...that maybe he tried, unsuccessfully, to get Saban to buy-into... Applying "Special Forces training and mentality" along with exploiting the basic instinct of "belonging to a group &/or cause", to team sports.

    Kirby, darn sure got the kids to buy-in...which is absolutely necessary. There can be no dissenters or it won't work. That's probably why Saban didn't "go all-in", with "The Kirby Smart Method", as it will become known. He didn't believe in it enough, to completely sell it to all of his players.

    Lol...the "EXIT Doors" in Coach Smart's program are plentiful and well marked. If you don't want to be part of it...you're free to leave. If you are a HS Senior, looking for a career in football...and, you have 4 or 5 stars after your name...submit your resume and a short film clip of your highlights...and we'll get back to you...Kirby & Co. said. (JK...Lol)
