Georgia battles, can’t overcome Iowa home court advantage in NCAA tournament
Georgia took Iowa to the brink but could not overcome the No. 2-seeded Hawkeyes and their raucous home crowd.

Lady Dawgs had plenty of opportunities but couldn’t take advantage of most of them. On a neutral court, they probably win that game. Tough loss but hopefully this bodes well for the future of Lady Dawgs basketball.
Tough game to win against a really good team that had an easy first game playing at home. Three straight turnovers at the end hurt big time. But proud of the girls and hopefully we’re on the way back to being more competitive.

Only saw last 7 minutes. Immediately became tired of Iowa adoration.
First time watching the Lady Dawgs today mostly just the last 6-7 minutes but the end was hard to watch. Pretty much gave the game away after playing valiantly most of the game. I don’t know who the stars of the team are but it just didn’t appear anyone was willing to put the team on their back and say I’ve got this! No one wanted to take the shot.
short of a double digit lead in the final minutes of the game there was simply no way to expect the Lady Dawgs to avoid the consequences of inevitable referee homecooking!
Watch out for this program, folks.
No team should be allowed to play on their home court during the first and second rounds.
