Georgia baseball suffers second SEC sweep of season, falls at No. 4 Vanderbilt
Georgia baseball couldn’t escape the sweep against mighty Vanderbilt on Sunday.

Our baseball team needs some new coaches, Stricklin isn’t getting it done and all the good players in Georgia are going to Vanderbilt, Tennessee, or Florida!
I still can’t believe UGA has kept Stricklin this long. He hasn’t produced anything and it always seems like it is another “wait until next year” and then it just keeps staying the same or getting worse. They got rid of Perno and at least he took them to the World Series while Stricklin hasn’t produced much of anything. Time to find a young and coming coach and finally put some resources behind the program. Being a one-trick pony with the amount of talent around UGA just seems like a waste. Get serious about basketball and baseball the same way the school is about football.
Somebody needs to tell Josh Brooks and the Powers That Be what the definition of insanity is.
Prediction: Baseball team gets on a roll the last 15 games of the season. Then gets swept in the SEC Playoff. Stricklin says “we are close.”
Stricklin is a choker.
Yes and amen to all the comments previously. I have no idea why UGA, with all it's resources, dedicated fan base, and all that goes along can't field a decent team in baseball, basketball or anything outside of football and tennis. The golf team used to be strong. Basketball, both men's and women's is still a joke. And whatever happened to gymnastics? UGA was the king for years? McGarity was asleep for years, and it's only the boosters who helped him show Richt the door. It's past time for Brooks to make some hard decisions.
