Raiola hasn't committed yet for 2 reasons. 1) he is still interested in USC. Playing for LR in LA and taking over for Caleb Williams , on the surface, is a much higher profile gig than coming to Athens, GA and playing for UGA. At this point, the conversation around Raiola seems to be be more focused on USC than on UGA. 2) the Raiola's are still evaluating the USC vs UGA offenses. The UGA offense cannot be fully evaluated until UGA gets well into the SEC schedule.

Raiola may commit soon but he has already decommitted once. I don't believe he will be fully committed to any school until his people have seen the UGA (and USC) offense perform in multiple games this season.
