In a new transfer portal, more and more teams are springing for instant help rather than developing recruits as they did in the pre-portal days.

That means it probably won't happen, because ESPN relentlessly misses on all things CFB.
"Schools that took on more transfers ranked higher, with USC grabbing the No. 1 overall spot."......Of all of the transfers USC took...to replace the many that transferred out, it's safe to say all left there oringinal schools because they were discontented. They all come to USC with high expectations. Most will not be immediately met so the discontent will continue. I really could care less how USC does but I am very skeptical that success will rain down on them in 2023.....In fact, Sept 30 the Trojans face the Coach Primes Buff's ....this is my upset of the year....Bovines by 3.
