That chart: Most NFL Draft Picks, last three years:, says it all concerning who the best coach is in college football is these days, and, it isn't even close, for Saban, the all time GOAT, has seven less, though he is the closest. Which makes Kirby the GORN, AKA greatest one right now. And it isn't even close. Do you think Kirby is selling this to anyone?

Saban was taught by the best Belichek.
Belichek was taught by the best Parcells.
Do you see a trend here? Kirby also was taught by his father as a young boy so football has been his entire life.
When Kirby evaluates kids his evaluations are probably better than 99 percent of all other coaches out there. He has a system to identify the hidden gems and a process to give those gems a chance to be great. If he hits on half of the 7 3 stars we have committed he will be a genius.
Who is the best developer or who is the best coach? Players win championships, develop the player and you will win more championships.
