My prediction is if Raylen keeps working he will pass Sorey. I think both with share reps with Mondon out for the first 4-6 games. Whoever plays better could possible be the starter for the rest of the year if Mondon doesn't heal as expected. Even if Mondon comes back look for the winner of that competition to get 3rd down reps.

Raylen is just that good...and smart. I predict he will be a starter next year as will Allen. The only thing that could change that is if Marvin looks so good they cannot keep him off the field. Another option would be to bring Jalon inside to get your best 4. Also Chaz will have a battle to keep Darris off the field. Look for Darris to have an outside chance to start by end of year.

Anyways, back to Raylen. He is an AA type of player and we will get to see him a lot early in the year.

Raylen strikes me as a guy who will do what ever it takes to always be where he needs to be to do his job....athletic focused and determined.......I'm expecting great things in 23! Oh Sept 2, will you ever get here???,

With Mondon being out we are going to get the rare treat of seeing this guy early. I think it is going to remind me of what we had with Roquan that first year after he transferred.

We were all like, "Dang, that is how you play linebacker right there"

Roquan was the greatest though so no pressure, right?
