- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

ATHENS — Jake Fromm is back practicing with the Washington Redskins but the former Georgia QB still has a good feel for his former program.

The QB stats reveal one and only one revelation.....The QB winning the most National Championships was Stetson Bennett....he was at the bottom or not present on other stats.... Revealing that individual QB stats are great, and most often lead to wins, BUT a QB that plays within a TEAM, managing each snap, making/changing plays as the defense dictates, extending plays/opportunities by scrambling/running, knowing the correct player to get the ball to in order to have the most success, and most important, a QB that absolutely refuses to quit or be beaten....That's the QB you want, not the QB with one particular outstanding skill like passing ability. This exemplifies the new culture that Kirby has brought to UGA....it's all about working as a TEAM to win, not about amassing individual stats
He just played on a better team than all those other guys
THe only real blemish on Aaron was he didn't get the win against BAMA in2012. I attribute most of that to Bobo who chose for whatever reason not to spike the ball at the BAMA 12 yardline. Aaron was looikng to the sideline making the spiking motion and Gary Danielson was saying we were going to spike it and have 2 shots at winning, but Bobo said otherwise. THe play was blanketed by BAMA's defense and instead of throwing it away and resetting, Aaron tried to force it into coverage. It was tipped and caught by Conley I believe on the 4 maybe but time ran out as we had no timeouts. Friends of mine from Alabama siad they knew they were going to lose. LOL!
Probably will go down as Bobo's worst split decision. This is what I hope he has 'matured' on. Ultimately, cost us the championship, probably a NC and CMR his job (I feel pretty comfortable saying he would not have been fired had he won a NC).
Ifs and butts... needless to say Bobo will only succeed if we win it all this year. Otherwise he will be blamed imo. We just have too much talent on offense not to.
