I think Connelly's about right, though I think Bobo following Monken is more of a question than the QB play.

The good news is that Beck seems to be quite ready; and, if not, the schedule should allow UGA figure out the QB situation in the first two to four games.

I still marvel at the last 2 NC game winning drives and the throws by SB! Virtually flawless. I believe CB is as talented a thrower as SB is when not under durress. I hope he's as good when under enormous pressure! Go Dawgs!

There may be two, maybe three plays per game where a mobile QB will be able to negate a loss or move the chains on a broken play. There will be 30+ times per game the QB will need to make strong, accurate throws. It’s not like Beck is a statue, but everything I’ve seen is that he is far and away the most accurate passer of the three. There is just too much talent on the outside capable of big plays if the ball is accurately distributed to be all that concerned about the QB mobility.

Beck is a better runner than people give him credit for. He also is a more accurate passer than Stetson and the ball gets there quicker giving the wr time to pick up more yards.

I expect Beck to be at the Heisman ceremony this year and to break all the qb records for yards and td passes, total tds, etc. for Georgia.

Bowers may be there with him.

    Go Dawgs!
