    Thanks to all of the "EAGLE DAWGS".....I have returned to the NFL.....but only to watch the Eagles!....or maybe the Falcons, or Ravens, or Bills. or Browns or Green Bay or Rams, or Raiders or Giants or Steelers and where ever Jake winds up!

    I'm definitely a Phily fan now and congrats to him and that in turn makes UGA look awesome and teaches those other NFL teams that look down on the Dawgs (cough, cough, Falcons) and drafted them lower than expected that these guys are the real deal. Congrats!!

    @kirkhilles

    Root for your Dawgs to win a national title. For all the angst over Carson Beck he has almost 600 passing yards and 3 TDs in a good 5 quarters of work while hobbled with a banged up supporting cast. That puts him on pace for a good 4300 yards and 30 TDs if UGA goes the distance. In that instance he would come out early, and who else would the Falcons draft? Desmond Ridder is an excellent backup, but as a starter he doesn't have the arm strength.

    HE looked quicker than even with UGA last night.

    Beck has a LOOOOONG way to go to be NFL ready. I hope you're right and Beck balls out. Time will tell. Could happen. But A LOOOOONG way to go that includes so much growth in one season.

    I mean, he couldn't beat out Stetson and now he is one and done? Whew. One and done to be a starter in the NFL? Pump the brakes man!

    I will say this in his and your defense. He has been in the system, he SHOULD be ready to show what he can do.

    But still very, very inexperienced and against the best defenses, no one on Earth knows. But he has a perfectly laid out schedule to grow and gain confidence toward the biggest games.

    Schedule is very light. If he can ball out in all of the big games, especially in the biggest games, he could be one and done. That's the only way.
