So I’m not one to bash the NCAA. After all, somebody had to be in charge, or try to be. But I’ve never understood why a coach can’t talk about a recruit until that player signs a LOI. But a school’s medical staff can examine, and even perform medical procedures, on the same kid and that’s totally legal. Why is that?

Turf toe again...but this one is a torn ligamentt. Tough guy, Kris. Didin't even know how serious it is and keeps playing. UGA med staff is the best in the country. This kid is going to be a dangerous DAWG!!! Oh yeah.
