I have watched a good bit of Buford's games so far this year and I have noticed a few things. To begin with, Dylan has been under pressure on almost every throw. He has handled the pressure and made some unbelievable throws in those situations. Next, the ease in which he throws is impressive. He has good touch, as well as, a strong arm. Also, he is very active in just handing the ball off with motion and fakes. He seems unselfish and willing to play in a system heavy with the running game. His stats may not be as impressive as other high school QB's because of Buford's running game, as well as the fact that for the most part they have had leads going into the latter stages of games. Going back to the highlight throws while under pressure, some of those throws will not work in SEC play. He looks big, strong and intelligent. Best of all, he looks like a good team player. I look forward to seeing he and Ryan P battle it out if they both stay committed.
Not exactly duel threatish but stays calm under pressure and doesn't look like the game is too fast for him. HIs throwing motion is probably the most relaxed looking effortless one Ive ever seen. THe opposite of BV.
For sure CWdawg, Buford could use a more inspired O-Line....just wondering, if The Dawgs went after KJ as a receiver, could we flip him??? Seems to me that Dylan and KJ have "that connection"!
From what I have read, FSU has recruited him for safety and not going both ways. They have another recruit that they have recruited to play both sides plus 4 recruits for wide receiver. Their need is at safety.
As far as UGA, I know he is being recruited as a safety, but I haven't heard anything about playing on both sides of the ball. I have read that one of the 2025 receivers playing with Dylan is being recruited.
