Georgia football injury report: Kirby Smart updates status of Tate Ratledge, injured wide receivers
KNOXVILLE, Tenn., — It wouldn’t be a Georgia football game without some new injuries popping up. Just as the Georgia offense seemed to be getting healthy, it saw a trio of key players exit the game.

UT’s field is horrible. Glad it wasn’t worse.
Lifelong Georgia fan here, born and raised in Savannah, living and working in Tallahassee. I know we've had more than our share of injuries this season, but thought I might request that, if you're someone that prays, maybe include Jordan Travis tonight. A devastating, unfortunate injury to what is by all accounts a good young man.
Interesting info on Ladd because cbs reported he stiffened up during the game and was pulled.
Tennessee would do well to surface their field with some of that Super Bowl caliber UGA turfgrass instead of that slop they play on. #AgDawgs
Gotta give much credit to Searles and his work with the O line. They are all doing a great job and you have to love Greene - he is playing much older than he is. We all want a bunch of maulers in the run game but patience pays off when you see how good the running game is in quarter 4. UT has a tough D line and will be good experience for what Bama will bring. Great job for the offense and Bobo called a great game.
There are theee separate sports services reporting Ladd LcConkey had an illness, not an ankle.
CBS sports, Saturday Down South, and ESPN.
so what is this stuff about “an ankle”?
🙄🤦♂️🙄
Wait, so if you lose multiple wide receivers to injury, you're allowed to throw it to other wide receivers? With all due respect, that's nonsense. I have it on good authority that an offense is supposed to shut down in that situation.
Where was Lovett?
It came from Kirby's mouth.
Yeah, where’s Jameson?!?!?!
Maybe they need a different brand of cleats? There seem to be a lot of foot and ankle issues, and not all of them are getting rolled up on.
Where has Meeks been? He was an up and comer last season. I had forgotten about him until he showed up in the fourth quarter.
Good news about Ratledge. The O-line shuffling continues without missing a beat. Credit goes to coach Searles.
Maybe just rest McConkey and Thomas to have them ready for Bama. No sense taking chances on worsening the injuries against the Jackets.
The Dawgs are three and four deep and their threes and fours are better than most teams ones.
