Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Alabama, Georgia head into SEC title game on brink of CFB free agency wave
ATLANTA — Roster management never stops, even as Georgia and Alabama arrive in Atlanta collectively focused on their Saturday showdown.

“We have a process that we follow, so our process is step by step,” Smart said earlier this season, discussing his roster management strategy. “There’s a day in the month of each calendar month that I go through and say, okay, it’s time to do this; it’s time to have this conversation.”
If CKS were to ever write a management book, it would definitely be worth a read. Time management, messaging, motivation, adapting to change, staff development, the list goes on and on. Is there any aspect of management he doesn't excel in?
Just a crappy time to be having the portal open, Championship games and the playoffs looming, coaches leaving, and recruits looking for some love....a lot of balls in the air is an understatement. December is CRAZY!!
They should rename December “The Good, The Bad and The ****”. Definitely not a great look for CFB, but Kirby is definitely right: You can’t be stubborn with your philosophy…You either adapt or end up like Dabo + Clemson.
It really is turning into the Semi Pros. I think a lot of traditionalists are disappointed with what is happening. I'm a bit sad to be honest.
