First I wish him the best. Then I must admit he is far stronger than I am

however I believe I saw a pick of all the OL together at a coaches house and Josh stood out as having the smallest upper body of all the linemen. Now it could have been the angle of the pic. I didn’t know who he was until this transfer notice. I thought he was a staff member. UGA is a tough place to earn Playing time!

go mr Miller and do your thing in the ACC.

I have a feeling Fran is going to completely turn The Orange Men around.....I'd love to see Mews, Green, Zirkel, Bah and Harris go as well! Syracuse will be my ACC team too root for. These were all well on their waayy to becoming DGD's, now I want to see them all become DGO....**** Good Orangemen!

Hope they know what they are getting into. Orange lost 45-0 to South Florida in their bowl. Also Syracuse gets more snow than Buffalo. Big changes for these southern boys.

I’ve got a good friend/shipmate of mine that’s a big Syracuse fan. I’m sure he’s happy to see these current developments for his OrangeMen. With the exception of playing our Dawgs I Hope Coach Fran and the former Dawgs do really well !! I’d think their gonna be better off than they were before.

Been many, many moons since I went up there with some friends/shipmates to visit some young ladies. But Brrrr !! Yes it’s Cold up there !!

My Yankee friends were amazed that I drove so well in the deeeep snow. But I told Em if you can drive on wet Georgia red clay in the pouring rain ain’t to many roads that will intimidate you !! That particular winter they had unusually heavy snow even by their standards.

On the interstate the snow had been packed down so many times you were riding waaay over the actual edge of the road. Was weird looking quite a few feet down and seeing the edge of the highway !!

We went up there on onion skin tires, a car load of love sick sailors, bound and determined to go see these gals at SUNY. Got right beside a tractor trailer truck and the driver side front tire blew !! But I kept it under control. Got off the road and put the onion skin spare tire on !! Not a sea story, Truth !!

That Really impressed my Yankee friends ( like Brothers to me after over 45 years ago I still stay in touch with some of them). Beautiful country up there !! But with all due respect to them I wouldn’t want to live there. TO Cold !!

You know the old Postman’s Code about rain, sleet, heavy winds, snow cannot keep a Postman from his appointed rounds. Well All that and slick onion skin tires can’t keep a car load of lusty sailors from going to chase after the females either !! 😂. Go Dawgs !! Those were the days. Like a young buck in rut season !! 😀

@78Dawg One of my friends/shipmates was actually from a little town called Munnsville. Another from a town can’t remember the name just a smidgen southwest of Syracuse. But our primary destination was SUNY @ Oneonta, NY to see the young ladies !!

The friend from Munnsville Mother worked at the famous silverware manufacturing company in Oneida, NY I only went to SUNY once, but went to Munnsville with him to visit his family several times.

Purely from the temperature at one particular time, I think the coldest I ever was in was in Columbus, IN If my poor memory serves the actual temperature was like minus 22 degrees and the wind chill had it considerably colder don’t remember how much colder.

Normally Syracuse would be colder than Columbus,IN just the time I happened to be there. I don’t like extreme cold, if you bump your leg mildly against something it feels like you broke it !!

I’ve often thought about players born and raised in Georgia when they either transfer or go to the NFL. I can’t even imagine what it must be like to tackle someone or be tackled in extreme cold like that !! Gotta hurt !!! But that’s why they make the big $$$ !!

I don't think Miller understands the difference between God's path and Satan's path. Like the Bible says...beware of false Profits. The fact that Syracuse is in NY, kinda tells me who's really pulling the strings.

It's just that, I don't see God being involved in free market Capitalism or CFB. But...who knows. Maybe God is controlling the levers in Athens...cause...God's a Dawg Fan.

I don't understand the logic. Brown was a defensive coach at Georgia got the job of head coach at Syracuse and three OFFENSIVE players go with him. explain that one to me Lucie

Always more to a story than we will ever know but this is a good thing!the kid was obviously not digging it at UGA. We need his scholarship. Win.win.

curious ad to why not much has been written about us taking Beau Gardner out of transfer portal

I think it’s because all the players loved Brown while he was at UGA. He was like a father figure to many of them so they were all comfortable following him to Syracuse. I also think Brown reached out to many of the kids in the transfer portal who he had familiarity with. I wish them all the best…..especially Brown. We can definitely thank him for helping keep our recruiting class together. Go Dawgs!!!

I know he’s the long snapper from UCLA, but is he going to receive a scholarship or is he a preferred walk on? I noticed he’s not listed as one of the 3 UGA incoming players on the 247 Transfer Portal site. Go Dawgs!!!
