Georgia wide receiver CJ Smith enters transfer portal
ATHENS — Another Georgia wide receiver has entered the transfer portal, with redshirt freshman CJ Smith becoming the fourth scholarship wide receiver to depart the program.

I really thought CJ was gonna breakout late in the year with all the injured playmakers. He certainly flashed at times. Y’all think this has to do with all the portal additions? (Maybe some good news about to come out regarding Ladd and Arian?) I could understand if he wants to get immediate touches elsewhere.

I think this suggest a higher likelihood of Ladd McConkey’s return.

Dude couldn't crack the top 6 rotation? Something is going on because his talent seems evident. Maybe he cannot catch as well as we think or cannot learn the plays and routes correctly. Not sure but something is amiss here.
True freshman trying to beat out Ladd,RARA, Dominic,and Rosemy, and Arian Smith and Bell. Tall task, and has nothing to do with his talent. And we all know you have to be willing and able to block!
