Ryan Puglisi dealing with knee injury per Kirby Smart: ‘He’s had to miss out on some reps’
ATHENS — Georgia’s already thin quarterback room took a hit during spring practice, as Kirby Smart told reporters that freshman quarterback Ryan Puglisi has been dealing with a knee injury.

Well dang, lingering stuff since high school makes me nervous about an SEC grind and eventual contact that makes high school look like a walk in the park. But Pugs seems like a tough kid, and he's now in the right hands for true/full recovery. Hopefully Gunner stays healthy and growing, and QB3 won't be needed until much further out on the horizon. Go Dawgs!
The knee is tricky and is a hold over from HS. Not good for Puglisi. According to Kirby presser, Stockton seems to be slowly learning the UGA playbook and QB role but is growing. Kirby needs to find another scholarship QB. UGA been losing good players to USC lately. Brock V. to KY was also a huge loss…but expected. UGA is okay, just thin. Carson will star this season. He can build big leads for Gunner, who needs field time.
